Creative Autism Therapies

Child Services, Education Support, Social Skills Intervention for Children with Autism, and Literacy Program.

Online Support

Our youtube channel provides tips and ideas for working with your child at home. This includes accommodations, activities, information regarding child development and autism. This provides the opportunity to test out some of our skills and strategies in your own time, at your own pace.

Education Support

It can be hard for any child to keep up in the classroom, but for those with additional learning challenges a standard tutor is often not enough. Book sessions with our staff to ensure that you are receiving a tutor that knows how to teach to children struggling with learning behaviours and learning or intellectual disabilities and see the difference!

Social Skills Development

Each social skills development course consists of ten hours of training focusing on teamwork, reading social cues, effective communication, and comfort in social situations. Our drama-centered curriculum is engaging to children of all ages. Small class sizes ensure that children receive personal attention, while group lessons allow for peer interaction and provides the opportunity to make new friends.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why listen to you?

Our owner-operator has vast experience and considerable education on working with children. Our support staff are all trained in-house in addition to their personal qualifications. All staff members are required to keep up with current developments in the field and practice evidence-based interventions.

I’m not sure, can I do a trial and see what I think?

Absolutely! Initial contact is not a commitment. To get a small taste of what we offer, consider checking out our youtube channel  for general information on child development, common diagnoses, and fun activities.

Why is it important to get extra help?

Early behavioural intervention has a proven history as far back as the late 1980s. There have been many studies showing that behavioural therapies can increase social skills, reduce aggression, and boost educational achievement.

Where are you located?

We are based in Oakville, Ontario but are available for consults throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Will my child grow out of autism?

Simply put, no. Autism is a neurological disorder with lifelong effects. There is no cure for autism, and many autistic adults and families of people with autism do not want a cure. However, a combination of targeted, evidence-based interventions combined with increased awareness and acceptance of Autism Spectrum Disorder allows many people with autism to live happy and fullfilling lives.

Where can I find more information about autism?
